SEC. 127. REPORT TO CONGRESS. Not later than March 31, 2006, the Administrator, in consultation with the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Director of National Drug Control Policy, shall submit to Congress a report that—(1) analyzes the information collected under section 27(c) of the Small Business Act;(2) identifies trends in such information; and(3) evaluates the effectiveness of the drug-free workplace programs established with assistance under section 27 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 654).118 STAT. 3452
