AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
SEC. 145. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 32 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 657b) is amended by adding at the end the following:“(c) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section—“(1) $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2005; and“(2) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2006.”.
