EFFECT.
SEC. 108. EFFECT. Except for provisions relating to the allocation of Central Arizona Project water and the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (43 U.S.C. 390aa et seq.), nothing in this title affects—(1) any treaty, law, or agreement governing the use of water from the Colorado River; or(2) any rights to use Colorado River water existing on the date of enactment of this Act.
