SEC. 802. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS RELATING TO THE UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS FOR VETERANS CLAIMS. (a) Restoration of Prior Provision Relating to Chief Judge.—Section 7253(d)(1) is amended by inserting after “(1)” the following: “The chief judge of the Court is the head of the Court.”.(b) Capitalization Amendments.—Section 7253(d)(4)(A) is amended by striking “court” in clauses (i) and (ii) and inserting “Court”.118 STAT. 3626(c) Date of Enactment Reference.—Section 7253(h)(4) is amended by striking “the date of the enactment of this subsection” and inserting “December 27, 2001,”.
