SEC. 1042. CROSS-DISCIPLINARY EDUCATION AND TRAINING. Title X of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 441g) is amended by adding at the end the following new section:“framework for cross-disciplinary education and training“Sec. 1002. The Director of National Intelligence shall establish an integrated framework that brings together the educational components of the intelligence community in order to promote a more effective and productive intelligence community through cross-disciplinary education and joint training.” .
