SEC. 1074. REDESIGNATION OF NATIONAL FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE PROGRAM AS NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE PROGRAM. (a) Redesignation.—Paragraph (6) of section 3 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 401a) is amended by striking “Foreign”.(b) Conforming Amendments.—(1)(A) Section 506 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 415a) is amended—(i) in subsection (a), by striking “National Foreign Intelligence Program” and inserting “National Intelligence Program”; and(ii) in the section heading, by striking “foreign”.(B) Section 105 of that Act (50 U.S.C. 403–5) is amended—(i) in paragraphs (2) and (3) of subsection (a), by striking “National Foreign Intelligence Program” and inserting “National Intelligence Program”; and(ii) in the section heading, by striking “foreign”.(2) Section 17(f) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 (50 U.S.C. 403q(f)) is amended by striking “National Foreign Intelligence Program” and inserting “National Intelligence Program”.
