TERRORIST TRAVEL PROGRAM.
SEC. 7215. TERRORIST TRAVEL PROGRAM. The Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, and consistent with the strategy developed under section 7201, shall establish a program to oversee the implementation of the Department’s responsibilities with respect to terrorist travel, including the analysis, coordination, and dissemination of terrorist travel intelligence and operational information—(1) among appropriate subdivisions of the Department of Homeland Security, including—(A) the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection;(B) United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement;(C) United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;118 STAT. 3833(D) the Transportation Security Administration; and(E) any other subdivision, as determined by the Secretary; and(2) between the Department of Homeland Security and other appropriate Federal agencies.
