SEC. 6001. INDIVIDUAL TERRORISTS AS AGENTS OF FOREIGN POWERS.(a) In General.—Section 101(b)(1) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1801(b)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:“(C) engages in international terrorism or activities in preparation therefore; or”.(b) Sunset.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall be subject to the sunset provision in section 224 of Public Law 107–56 (115 Stat. 295), including the exception provided in subsection (b) of such section 224.118 STAT. 3743
