SEC. 207. TRAVELING SECTIONS OF THE BOARD. (a) In General.—Chapter 71 is further amended by adding at the end the following new section: “§ 4010. Traveling sections “A claimant may request a hearing before a traveling section of the Board. Any such hearing shall be scheduled for hearing before such a section within the area served by a regional office of the Veterans’ Administration in the order in which the requests for 102 STAT. 4112 hearing are received by the Veterans’ Administration with respect to hearings in that area.”. (b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following new item: “4010. Traveling sections.”.
