SEC. 209. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. Section 508(b)(2)(B)(i)(I) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1508(b)(2)(B)(i)(I)) is amended—(1) by striking “the last paragraph of section 311” and inserting “the eleventh paragraph of section 311”; and(2) by striking “the last proviso to section 3(a)” and inserting “the proviso preceding the last proviso to section 3(a)”.
