Office of the Chief Financial Officer For necessary expenses of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, $5,572,000: Provided, That the Chief Financial Officer shall actively market and expand cross-servicing activities of the National Finance Center. WORKING CAPITAL FUND For the acquisition of remote mirroring backup technology of the National Finance Center’s data, $12,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That none of these funds may be obligated until the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations have approved a feasibility study to be submitted by the Secretary of Agriculture: Provided further, That if the study is not approved within 30 days of its submission, the funds appropriated shall be available for the authorized uses of the Working Capital Fund.
