Sec. 213. (a) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is authorized to enter into a lease arrangement whereby the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will relocate the National Weather Service Forecasting Office in Galveston County, League City, Texas to a Galveston County facility and, in exchange, Galveston County may use the existing National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Weather Service Forecasting Office.(b) Neither the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration National Weather Service nor Galveston County will charge the other rent for use of the space and each will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and renovation costs it incurs.
