Federal Payment for Asbestos Remediation For a Federal payment to the General Services Administration (GSA), $1,000,000 to reimburse Fairfax County, Virginia for the remediation of asbestos on the former site of the Lorton Correctional Complex: Provided, That GSA shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and Senate a report due April 30, 2003, on the activities carried out with such funds.
