Sec. 302. None of the funds appropriated by this Act may be used to—(1) develop or implement a workforce restructuring plan that covers employees of the Department of Energy; or117 STAT. 154(2) provide enhanced severance payments or other benefits for employees of the Department of Energy,under section 3161 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1993 (Public Law 102–484; 42 U.S.C. 7274h).
