Sec. 210. Section 8 of Public Law 104–298 (the Water Desalination Act of 1996) is amended further by—(1) in paragraph (a) by striking “2002” and inserting in lieu thereof “2004”; and(2) in paragraph (b) by striking “2002” and inserting in lieu thereof “2004”.
