Sec. 105. St. Paul Island Harbor, St. Paul, Alaska Technical Corrections. Section 101(b)(3) of Public Law 104–303 (the Water Resources Development Act of 1996), (110 Stat. 3667) is amended by—(1) striking “$18,981,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$52,300,000”; and(2) striking “$12,239,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$45,558,000”.
