Sec. 120. The project for aquatic ecosystem restoration, Rose Bay, Volusia County, Florida, being carried out under section 206 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (33 U.S.C. 2330), is modified to direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to credit toward the non-Federal share of the cost of the project the costs incurred by the Florida Department of Transportation in constructing that portion of the United States Highway 1 bridge that the Secreta ry determines is required for the proper functioning of the project.
