Sec. 127. Southern and Eastern Kentucky. (a) Project Purposes.—Section 531(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3773) is amended by inserting before “and resource” the following: “, environmental restoration,”.(b) Definition.—Section 531(g) of such Act (110 Stat. 3774) is amended by inserting after “Lee,” the following: “Bath, Rowan,”.(c) Authorization of Appropriations.—Section 531(h) of such Act (110 Stat. 3774; 113 Stat. 348) is amended by striking “$25,000,000” and inserting “$40,000,000”.
