Sec. 148. Public Law 107–331 is amended in sections 301(b) and 301(d) by striking the word “Secretary” each place it appears 117 STAT. 245 and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Director”, and by striking the text of section 301(c)(3) and inserting in lieu thereof “Director.—The term ‘Director’ means the Director of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.”.
