Switzer Building in Washington, D.C. Office for Civil Rights For expenses necessary for the Office for Civil Rights, as authorized by section 203 of the Department of Education Organization Act, $86,276,000. Office of the Inspector General For expenses necessary for the Office of the Inspector General, as authorized by section 212 of the Department of Education Organization Act, $41,000,000. STUDENT AID ADMINISTRATION For Federal administrative expenses (in addition to funds made available under section 458), to carry out part D of title I, and subparts 1, 3, and 4 of part A, and parts B, C, D and E of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, $105,388,000.
