Sec. 325. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, Walnut Ridge Regional Airport shall transfer to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) their localizer instrument landing system, 117 STAT. 413 which shall thereafter be operated and maintained by FAA in accordance with agency criteria.
