Sec. 368. Section 342 of the Department of Transportation and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002, is amended by striking “Passenger only ferry to serve Kitsap and King Counties to Seattle” and inserting “Ferry/tunnel project in Bremerton, Washington”.
