Item number 1320 in the table contained in section 1602 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (112 Stat. 305) is amended by striking “Reconstruct 79th Street Traffic 117 STAT. 428 Circle, New York City” and inserting “Cross Harbor Freight Movement Project EIS, New York City”.
