SEC. 3305. RESPONSIBILITIES OF STATE AGENCIES. Section 5124(b)(2) of the Act (20 U.S.C. 3194(b)(2)) is amended to read as follows: “(2) the development, identification, and dissemination of the most readily available, accurate, and up-to-date model curriculum materials for consideration by local educational agencies and for evaluation of the materials;”.
