Sec. 215. (a) Section 24(m)(1) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437v(m)(1)) is amended by striking “$600,000,000” and all that follows through “2002” and inserting the following: “$574,000,000 for fiscal year 2003”.(b) Section 24(n) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437v(n)) is amended by striking “September 30, 2002” and inserting “September 30, 2004”.
