Sec. 218. Notwithstanding the requirements regarding first-time homebuyers in section 104 of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12704), the Enterprise Housing Corporation of Maryland may use the remaining balance of the grant award, 117 STAT. 505 H3–95MD0005–I–N, within the East Baltimore Community of the City of Baltimore, Maryland.
