Sec. 1005. Technical. (a) In General.—Section 1005 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003 (Public Law 108–7; 117 Stat. 358) is repealed.(b) Effective Date.—The repeal made by this section shall be effective as of February 20, 2003.
