Sec. 105. (a) Section 311(d) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1991 (2 U.S.C. 59e(d)) is amended in the matter preceding paragraph (1)—(1) by striking “in the House, or official expenses”; and(2) by striking “in the Senate”.(b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2004 and each succeeding fiscal year.
