SEC. 2032. SET-ASIDE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN. Section 1916(c)(14) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x–4(c)(14)) is amended to read as follows: “(14) Of the amount allotted to a State under this part in any fiscal year, the State agrees to use not less than 10 percent for programs and services designed for women (especially pregnant women and women with dependent children) and demonstration projects for the provision of residential treatment services to pregnant women.”.
