SEC. 2037. REPORT AND AUDITS. (a) Reporting by States.— (1) Section 1917(a) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x–5(a)) is amended— (A) by striking “(1)” after “(a)”; (B) by striking paragraph (2); and (C) by striking “(14) and (15)” and inserting “(2), (14), and (15)”. (2) Section 1916(f) of the Public Health Service Act, as redesignated by section 2035(b) of this Act, is amended by striking “(14) and (15)” and inserting “(2), (14), and (15)”. (b) Report by Secretary.—Section 1917(b)(6) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x–5(b)(6)) is amended by striking “1986” and inserting “1990”.
