SEC. 1131. SENSE OF CONGRESS WITH RESPECT TO DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN BUDGET AND SCHEDULE INFORMATION ABOUT SPECIFIED SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAMS It is the sense of Congress that— (1) the Advanced Technology Bomber program, the Advanced Cruise Missile program, and the Advanced Tactical Aircraft program involve the development and production of new ad-101 STAT. 1151vanced technologies that are critical to United States national security; (2) it is appropriate and necessary that certain information involving the technological characteristics and performance of the systems referred to in paragraph (1) remain appropriately classified in conjunction with the national security interest; (3) it would be consistent with the public interest and would not jeopardize the national security for the Secretary of Defense to disclose, in a nonclassified form, information about each of the systems referred to in paragraph (1) with respect to total program cost, the amount of the annual program budget request, and a general description of program schedule.
