Sec. 8101. The total amount appropriated in title II is hereby reduced by $200,000,000 to reduce cost growth in information technology development, to be derived as follows:(1) From “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $40,000,000.(2) From “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $60,000,000.(3) From “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $60,000,000.(4) From “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide”, $40,000,000.
