Sec. 8104. The amounts appropriated in title II are hereby reduced by $372,000,000 to reflect cash balance and rate stabilization adjustments in Department of Defense Working Capital Funds, as follows:(1) From “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $107,000,000.(2) From “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $45,000,000.(3) From “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $220,000,000.
