SEC. 118. REPORT ON PROMISING STRATEGIES TO END YOUTH HOMELESSNESS. Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, in consultation with the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness, shall submit to the Congress a report on promising strategies to end youth homelessness.
