Sec. 129. Jacksonville Harbor, Florida.—(a) The project for navigation, Jacksonville Harbor, Florida, authorized by section 101(a)(17) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 276), is modified to authorize the Secretary to extend the navigation features in accordance with the Report of the Chief of Engineers, dated July 22, 2003, at a total cost of $14,658,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $9,636,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $5,022,000. (b) The non-Federal share of the costs of the General Reevaluation Reports on the Jacksonville Harbor which were begun prior to August 2004, shall be consistent with the non-Federal costs in implementing the overall construction project.119 STAT. 2261
