SEVERABILITY.
SEC. 2312. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this subtitle, or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, the remainder of this subtitle, and the application of such provision or amendment to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
