Sec. 206. Appropriations available in this title shall be available to pay prior year obligations of corresponding prior year appropriations accounts resulting from sections 3328(a), 3334, and 3712(a) of title 31, United States Code, except that if such obligations 119 STAT. 2389 are from trust fund accounts they shall be payable from “Compensation and pensions”.
