Sec. 208. The Internal Revenue Service shall submit its fiscal year 2007 congressional budget justifications to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate 119 STAT. 2439 using the identical structure provided under this Act and only in accordance with the direction specified in the report accompanying this Act.
