REGIONAL ANTI-NARCOTICS TRAINING CENTER IN THE CARIBBEAN.

SEC. 4106. REGIONAL ANTI-NARCOTICS TRAINING CENTER IN THE CARIBBEAN. It is the sense of the Congress that the Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics Matters— (1) should seek the establishment of a regional anti-narcotics training center in the Caribbean; (2) should contribute funds or other resources to such a center; and (3) should seek such contributions from other countries for such a center.
