SEC. 4201. AUTHORIZATION FOR INTERNATIONAL NARCOTICS CONTROL ASSISTANCE. Section 482(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by striking out paragraphs (1) and (3) and by inserting the following new paragraph (1) after “(a)”: “(1) To carry out the purposes of section 481, there are authorized to be appropriated to the President $101,000,000 for fiscal year 1989.”.
