NATO COOPERATIVE PROJECT AGREEMENTS

SEC. 1022. NATO COOPERATIVE PROJECT AGREEMENTS Clause (C) of section 27(b)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2767(b)(1)(C)) is amended by inserting “or for procurement by the United States of munitions from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or a subsidiary of such organization” after “member country”.
