Sec. 125. (a) The fourth proviso in the item relating to “Federal Payment for School Improvement” in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–335; 118 Stat. 1327) is amended—(1) by striking “$4,000,000” and inserting “$4,000,000, to remain available until expended,”; and(2) by striking “$2,000,000 shall be for a new incentive fund” and inserting “$2,000,000, to remain available until expended, shall be for a new incentive fund”.(b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2005.
