SEC. 4403. EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN NARCOTICS EDUCATION ACTIVITIES FROM DEFINITION OF UNITED STATES ASSISTANCE. Section 481(i)(4)(vii) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by striking out “126 of this Act;” and inserting in lieu thereof “126(b)(2) of this Act (but any such assistance shall be subject to the prior notification procedures applicable to reprogrammings pursuant to section 634A of this Act),”.
