United States Marshals Service Salaries and Expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and Expenses”, $11,935,000, for increased judicial security outside of courthouse facilities, including home intrusion detection systems for Federal judges, to remain available until September 30, 2006: Provided, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of the conference report to accompany S. Federal Bureau of Investigation Salaries and Expenses For an additional amount for “Salaries and Expenses”, $73,991,000, to remain available until September 30, 2006: Provided, That of the amount appropriated, $1,250,000 shall be transferred to and merged with the appropriation for “Department of Justice, General Administration, Office of Inspector General”: Provided further, That the amount provided under this heading is designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of the conference report to accompany S.
