SEC. 4506. REIMBURSEMENT FOR DOD SERVICES USED IN PROVIDING INTERNATIONAL NARCOTICS CONTROL ASSISTANCE. Section 632(c) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 is amended by inserting after “actual cost,” the following: “or, in the case of services procured from the Department of Defense to carry out chapter 8 of part I, the amount of the additional costs incurred by the Department of Defense in providing such services,”.
