audit requirementSec. 2105. The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct an audit of the use of all funds for the bilateral Afghanistan counternarcotics and alternative livelihood programs in fiscal year 119 STAT. 267 2005 under the heading “Economic Support Fund” and “International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement”: Provided, That the audit shall include an examination of all programs, projects and activities carried out under such programs, including both obligations and expenditures.
