SEC. 4607. ASSIGNMENT OF MORE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION AGENTS TO UNITED STATES EMBASSIES. The Congress urges the Secretary of State to permit the assignment of additional Drug Enforcement Administration agents to United States diplomatic missions in those foreign countries where illicit narcotics production or trafficking is, or is likely to become, a significant problem.
