Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the National Park Service is authorized to expend appropriated funds 119 STAT. 289 for the construction, operations and maintenance of an expansion to the West Yellowstone Visitor Information Center to be constructed for visitors to, and administration of, Yellowstone National Park.
