SEC. 4801. INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY ACTIONS DIRECTED AT ILLICIT INTERNATIONAL DRUG TRAFFICKING. It is the sense of the Congress that, given the magnitude of the illicit drug problem and the threat it poses to the national security of the United States, agencies of the intelligence community should be more actively involved in the effort to combat illicit international drug trafficking.
