technical correction—higher education(including rescission of funds)Sec. 6047. (a) Rescission.—Of the funds made available under the heading “Higher Education” in title III of division F of Public Law 108–447, $496,000 is rescinded, to be derived from the amount provided pursuant to the last proviso under such heading for the IWF Leadership Foundation, Washington, DC, for a scholarship fund.(b) Appropriation.—The amount rescinded by subsection (a) is appropriated for “General Services Administration—Operating Expenses”, for a grant to the IWF Leadership Foundation, Washington, DC, for a scholarship fund.
